she’s one of the most well-rounded female characters i’ve come across in a while. she’s bold but she’s not fearless, per se. she gets nervous. she’s kind but not to a fault; she knows her worth and doesn’t permit people to walk all over her. she’s allowed to grieve and laugh and mess up. 

this is the kind of representation that young girls need to see.
